Healthcare On The Cheap: $2.6 Trillion For 10 years

"President Barack Obama promised his health-care lawwould cost approximately $900 billion over ten years when he first proposed it.
Since then, the price tag has continued to climb. Total spending under the Affordable Care Act will reach $2.6 trillion over its first full decade, according to a Senate Budget Committee analysis, which was based on Congressional Budget Office estimates and growth rates." http://dailycaller.com/2012/07/11/analysis-obamacare-to-cost-2-6-trillion-over-first-full-decade/

How will Obamacare make healthcare less expensive for us all when we have to incur these costs as taxpayers? $2.6 trillion over 10 years??

Here are just a sample of the costs (this is not an exhaustive list):
$600,000,000 - startup cost to create the website (Instagram by comparison cost ~$58 million before Facebook bought it)*
$473,000,000+ a year needed for IRS "agents".
$Unknown costs to continue maintaining the website including servers, troubleshooting, etc every year
$Can't put a price on it - Reduced quality of care since many more people will have healthcare but the number of physicians has remained constant, as reported by Forbes: "Since 1997, the U.S. population has grown by 50 million, but there has been no increase in the number of physicians.  Every 8 seconds, a baby boomer becomes eligible for Medicare. Up to 30 million Americans will have health insurance in 2014 – a good thing – but who will care for them? According to the Association of American Medical Colleges, the shortage of physicians across all specialties will quadruple to more than 60,000 by 2015 – just two years away – and 130,000 by 2025!
